Important Dates & Deadlines
| Friday, October 13, 2023 | Deadline to cancel reservations to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. |
| Tuesday, October 31, 2023 | Last day to add, change, or cancel a reservation with SfN Housing. |
| Friday, November 3, 2023 | Reservation changes and cancellations must be made directly with hotels. |

Alert! Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the official hotel management company for Neuroscience 2023. No other hotel management company or travel agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of the Society for Neuroscience. These companies have not entered into agreements with Washington, DC hotels and are not able to guarantee rates and accommodations during the dates of the conference.
